I'm obsessed with Baja's 3 Tacos, it's become my all time favorite tacos. I get the queso with the slow roasted pork, so tender and delicious. They are not afraid to load it up with the lettuce, cilantro and onions. It's just as good every time I get it too, highly recommend. Would be my last meal if I had to choose, not to be too dramatic.

Dangggg these BYO Super Loaded Burrito (choose 3 meats) are no joke, super stuffed and flavorful. This restaurant is the real deal, much better than chipotle in my opinion.

Rice Bowl was a good size and the ingredients were good. Grilled Veggies should be cooked a little hotter, there wasn't any caramelization. Chips & Salsa were a little tough or overcooked. Overall the food is a bit bland. It is a slightly better Chipotle, but nowhere near the quality of most Mexican restaurants.

After being burned by Chipotle and their stingy portions, I decided to give Baja's a shot to see if I could find a suitable replacement for Tex Mex style burrito bowls. I'm happy I decided to give Bajas a shot because their bowls were 1) absolutely delicious 2) food was FRESH and 3) their portions were commensurate with what you should be getting when paying $14 - $16 per bowl (via DoorDash). I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Taco Shell Bowl salad was delicious. Tacos were HUGE!!! Tonnnns of meat in both the salad and tacos, and the steak was especially nice because it was well seasoned and very tender, soooo much better than the steak at similar joints! Horchata and tres leches were perfect sweet treats. Chips & Queso Blanco were so-so; chips were a little too thick/hard so sensitive mouths beware. The Side of Ground Beef was very flavorful but absolutely swimming in oil. The only other issue was the fajita veggie topping - they're huuuge very undercooked chunks of peppers and onions so it made the tacos hard to eat. Overall though I would totally order from here again!
