Wow...best Cheesesteak in Delaware. Bread is perfect, generous meat portion and spot on with the cheese. 1st bite to the last...every single bite the same. New favorite for us

Cheesesteak (The Balboa) and fries are delcious, it felt like I was eating something out of Philly, not Newark, DE. Right amount of greasy (soaking the paper, but not too much), perfect amount of flavor, just what I wanted

We got 2 of the The Balboa's - 1 with cooper cheese and 1 with cheese wiz, both with fried onions. They were both good and had a decent amount of meat in them, but they were lacking on the cheese and onions, definitely recommend adding more of these to the steaks. I preferred the one with cheese wiz over the cooper cheese. Both the regular & cheese fries were good as well.

Cheese Fries were crunchy and not greasy. Both Broad St Bully and The Balboa had a great amount of steak, more then most places and good flavor. I would definitely order again!

First time trying this restaurant and I gotta say, their The Balboa steaks were very tasty and the sizing is pretty big! They're currently running a buy one get one free special, so we took advantage of the deals! The only thing I noticed was that when I added pickles to our subs - they only put pickles on one sub, which wasn't a big deal to us because the subs were delicious! The Cheese Fries were so good too! I will definitely order from here again, good fresh food and prices are reasonable.
