Lunch Chicken Hibachi
I have been a loyal customer of Bamboo Express, always loving their hibachi, but today I was truly disappointed. My order fell short of the quality I’ve come to expect. The portion of chicken was surprisingly small, and the rice was clumpy and unevenly cooked, not fried thoroughly as it usually is. Clumps of rice are a big no for me, and it completely took away from the experience I look forward to.
I hope this was just an off day, as I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but I have to express my disappointment with today’s order. I trust Bamboo Express to uphold the high standards that have kept me coming back. I hope to see improvement next time.

What a great place! Food is always excellent especially Black Pepper Chicken and Chicken and Mushrooms. The restaurant is spotless and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and fast.

The chicken was so greasy that it LITERALLY dripped off my fingers, but was also overly dry and stringy. The breading was bland, though I did like that it wasn't that thick, pre-breaded chicken the some places use. The rice was dry and blah, I could only taste soy sauce in it. Eh. Not the worst, not the best. I travel here for business, and next time ill just go back to OEC Japanese Express. Not exactly the same, but far better quality. Not a fan of this one.

The honey lemon pepper wings were delicious!! They were fried to perfection and they were so crispy. This was my first time ordering from Bamboo Express, but it definitely won't the last time!!! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!!
