Delivery and food is great but the packaging was not the best had the drinks spill in the bag maybe could use cup trays

Ordered from this business before in the last 2 weeks and didnt have an issue last time (order was as it was supposed to be and was really nice), however I ordered the roast pork belly roll today which turned out to be meat mush with no crackling on it, and the milk tea had been substituted with coffee jelly instead of pearls (the business didn't even call or communicate the substitution). I can't drink coffee as it makes me sick and I hate the taste of it. So this ended up being a major fail for me and I doubt I'll be ordering from this place again. I was partially refunded for the items, but still not impressed with how bad it was today :(

pay $2.50 for the premium topping and they sub it for the cheap chicken one - nice work guys
banh mi and spring rolls were also soggy

Pretty bland Pho- Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup . Really missing a lot of flavour, and meat wasn't very nice quality.
