My Pho broth was lukewarm and in a very small container that couldn't hold everything in it. I was disappointed in the inability to request customization. It didn't come with any hoisin sauce. The spring rolls state they have shrimp but there was no shrimp in them, mainly huge pieces of lettuce. First time trying this place and I won't be back.

pho had too much black pepper. bahn mi was okay. not as I was expecting because most of the reviews were 5 stars. egg rolls don't taste like the real Vietnamese egg rolls, only meat and carrots inside. Strawberry Matcha Latte was fine, not as tasty as I wanted it to be for the price, would need more matcha, didn't come with a straw so I had a hard time drinking too.
