order pickup time was delayed for 14 minutes from 12:22 to 12:36pm. Still needs to stay online for 5 mins. Also, popcorn chicken was sooo overcooked, the chicken was way too tough. In general food quality was worse than a few months ago.

The food is amazing. Fresh. Tender. Flavorful. Will definitely order from this place again. Shrimp tempura boa is my favorite. The pork belly is also good. The spring rolls are so cute and small and tasted great.

Popcorn Chicken was very greasy, even for fried chicken, it felt like fried chicken fat. Baos had very meh flavor. Pork belly was just one slab of belly that seemed the wrong size for a bao bun. Duck meat lacked flavor entirely. Overall would not recommend this store
