Order was ready quickly, it was accurate and had plenty of toppings on it, the Nachos were delicious, and the service at pickup was attentive and friendly. it seems there may have been some improvements to this location since my last visit and I'm very pleased to see that.

My bowl arrived cold even though Door Dash was super fast and less than 5 minutes away from the store. I couldn't even eat the guacamole that I paid almost $3 for. I scooped it off the top and placed it to the side. Something was very off with the guac. I love Barbs but the JC campus location needs to step it up! This isnt my first negative experience with this store in particular.

Skimpy portion sizes. I find it ridiculous when im paying $15 for a Burrito Bowl and it shows up 1/2 full. Not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time I order from this store.

Burrito Bowl was delicious but way too much rice. Next time, no rice. I'd like to be able to see and enjoy all ingredients.

This location is a nightmare and I will not be back. The Nachos are way too salty, the chicken is either bland or has too much pepper, and the staff are incredibly rude. I've had cheese missing off orders and most recently had zero chicken on my nachos. When I went back to ask for chicken, I got a lot of attitude. I understand that most of the employees are college age students who lack a level of maturity and I will not continue to put up with all of the problems that this location offers.
