The Alfredo is dry. And the sauce is bland. They gave me half a chicken breast of that. For $5 I've given portillos 3 tries. Every time I order it's wrong or bad.

Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of meat sauce. Both were very watered down with hardly any meat. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Used to be so good.

Alfredo sauce was watered down. They didnt include my bread. Terrible pasta and overpriced for some even Dennys can make better. So disappointing.

Barnellis(and portillos, for that matter) have really gone downhill.
My pasta from Barnellis is always under cooked.
A manager has explained to me in the past how they prepare their pasta (🙄) so I have to request that they "cook it well done" 🙃
and it's never a soft pasta...it's gross, it's does not spiral around the fork because it's so hard, and now I'm done with them and their $16 bowl of uncooked, pre-cooked pasta
