I ordered and was charged for the 18 Oz chili but that did not arrive. did chili that did arrive with the container weighed 14.8 Oz

I ordered the Juicy Lucy twice and got a plain burger rather than the one I ordered twice. Both times the burger was just meh; "better than McDonald's" is the best I can say for it. I do not recommend.

Bummed out. The burger was boring. The Irish nachos were over microwaved, so dried out & the cheese was dried. The beans were spicy.

Jeez I'm so disappointed that 1. My Mozzarella Sticks never arrived (were not even entered for order) and would normally be delicious. I ordered the Hot Wings and the last couple times they arrived crispy and with the side of extra Buffalo sauce which is delicious. I ordered them naked (as this happened accidentally but was really great). Today was not the same, the wings were not naked and the celery looked to be old and starting to turn. I also asked for blue cheese and was given ranch. Won't likely order like this again and would recommend just going in person to the restaurant or calling to order take out on your own.
