The food was made rally quickly, but the burrito was very plain and had little to no seasoning, and my potatoes were burnt and crunchy.

First time ordering from bartels. The giant burger was awesome, it was delivered so fast it was unbelievable. Only thing is the fries were pretty soggy but all had great flavor. Through my own ignorance I ordered it with the chili thinking it was a chili burger but was two large green chiles.

The fries were undercooked, the chicken tenders tasted like they were frozen from a store, and the Homemade Biscuits & Gravy had absol no taste. I was unfortunately very disappointed in this meal.

Got the chicken strip meal and a shake (really good) with a soda and small fri, I guess it didn't upcharge for the Fri so they didn't give me the soda but I didn't receive the fries either and I got a half eaten burrito and and old piece of banana bread in what I think was supposed to be fries.
