• DoorDash orderBasin 141 for years had been our go-to for fish and chips. I don't know if the restaurant changed hands or what but the last order was cold, the fries were not crisp.
there's also no longer an option to request the fries to be extra well done. This time the food was warm but the fries and the coating on the fish not only were not crisp but were actually soggy / wet. We had to put them in the air fryer to try to crisp them before starting dinner. Very disappointing.
