Pick up : Ordered 3 scoops sundae and all I got was about 1 teaspoons of chocolate, 1 table spoon of peppermint and 2 teaspoon of mint chocolate chip . When called the store they said I'm sorry as it is dispatched already and they couldn't do anything about it. The store person hung up the call in the middle if me giving feedback. So disappointing :(

Store did a horrible job, called me saying they were out of one of the flavors, weird but I asked for another flavor but they were out of that too? I asked to cancel but they said I had go through DoorDash. I tried to get a refund, but they said the dasher has was already one the way. Turns out they only gave the 3 Triple Scoop with one/two flavors and completely skipped on the Fresh Pack (24 oz). I ended up getting a full refund, but I don't think I can order from them again

icecream and driver was great the banana on the other hand not so much they cycled abanna in a bowl and put chocolate on it it was not harded and there was not white chocolate icould have done that at home i don't reco getting the Cho Dipped Bananacolate unless your in store

Terrible. They always give us wrong flavors. In addition, they gave us spoiled mango topping tonight!! This is health hazard. Ice cream going straight to the trash.
