• DoorDash orderMy hot fudge sundae looked bare of any hot fudge. I paid extra for extra. I got 3 small scoops, sprinkled with almonds. Last I checked, that's not a hot fudge sundae.
Super disappointed.
The dasher did good as far as delivery.

• DoorDash orderThe banana was not to satisfaction at all. There was way too much bananas and not even 2 scoops of ice cream! I've been ordering dessert for weeks and tonight's just was not worth the money. You send bananas for us to cut up ourselves and add to our sundaes.

• DoorDash orderVery poorly packed fresh packs tonight. Threw scoops in and left air in between for ice cream to settle and be about 3/4 full. Pack means packing the ice cream with that flat scoop! Pack it in and push it down. Yes, it is a pain to do but please give us what we paid for! Well below the correct weight, too, both packs.

• DoorDash orderAlmost perfect fresh packs. Out of 2 fresh packs, one was the perfect weight and the other was a bit under the proper weight. All in all, much better than usual. Feel like I just about got my money's worth today.
