Great ice cream- wish they offered in-store prices! This time the triple scoop actually had 4oz scoops. Last time they were very skimpy. Wish they had chocolate dipped waffles cones routinely- they always seem to be out!

The ice cream I ordered was out of stock. Instead of saying anything, they just didn't deliver it, but they delivered everyone else's on my order. They need to communicate better. If the ice cream is out of stock, they need to either let the customer know up front or text them and ask if they want to substitute it with something else! It is such a let down to order a treat for the whole group only to find everyone got theirs except one person.

We ordered a double scoop and a Pre-Packed Quart. Everything arrived as scheduled, including the spoons, placed perfectly on my step. Easy, fresh, convenient!

Triple Scoop scoops were too small - should have been 12 oz and weighed 9 oz - disappointed.
