Their orders are usually very accurate and neatly packaged. However today I decided to order the fancy cone and it came with "missing parts" (the bottom tip was around 2 inches gone and there was a whole side missing, more like a quarter of a cone) which made me a bit uncomfortable about eating what was left of it. I still give them 3 stars because the icecream was good and it's the first time that happened and it might have been an exception

The REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae leaked a little due to the packaging but was mostly intact. The Kid's Scoop of this months special Brie flavored ice cream exceeded expectations.
