I hardly ever order ice cream. I ordered a Double Scoop and they were out of one of the flavors. They did not call and ask if I wanted something different, which I would have changed or just cancelled my order. I basically paid $10 for a scoop of one flavor, which icould have paid less for a quart if that's what I had wanted. Just disappointed.

Banana Split was horrific they did have the toppings I choose. Ice cream was tiny scoops. Will not order from here again. Handles is way better!

I wish that paper bags weren't used for deliveries. This is the 3rd time that the bag has fallen apart from the moisture from the frozen items. And the second time I have lost a milkshake to dropping and spilling all over my porch. So, instead of enjoying my milkshake I'm mopping up a mess.
