Have repeatedly ordered from BR and I have always had the BEST customer service. They always get my order right, which is a huge deal when you get something like the Double Scoop or a Milkshake!

Five stars for the product less one star for the staff repeatedly sending the wrong items. The receipt stapled to bag does not match the items inside as three straight orders of fresh pack quarts resulted in pre pack quarts being delivered.

First time the kids scoops were bigger than the normal scoops. Not sure what happened here but these scoops were TINY.

Whoever made the Banana Royale, it was absolutely perfect! Great balance of ingredients. Thank you! I had a sip of the milkshake, and it's wonderful, too!
