• DoorDash orderIt's ice cream hard to mess that up, but when you order vanilla and they are out kind of makes me scratch my head, this is the second time in a couple weeks this has happened with my order from here.

• DoorDash orderEvery time I order from this store, they screw up my order in a major way. Every. Single. Time. Whether they give me someone else's order, or forget a whole item, or just straight up make the wrong thing, I'm always asking for at least a partial refund because apparently scooping ice cream into a tub is extraordinarily complicated. Case in point: Pictured is what's supposed to be a Brownie Sundae, made with cookie dough ice cream, and chocolate peanut butter ice cream. What I actually got was a tub of cookie dough ice cream with hot fudge and a middle finger. No chocolate peanut butter ice cream, and no brownie. They forgot the brownie in a brownie sundae. If they were just out, they should have told the dasher. If the item wasn't available, it should have been removed from the menu. But this is normal for them. My recommendation is to avoid this store unless you really like wasting money and getting frustrated.

• DoorDash orderI ordered the Banana Split with three different flavors and some strawberries as toppings. Unfortunately, they were all out of bananas so a replacement was offered - a sundae with hot fudge. I accepted this as I had already paid and also gotten my hopes up as to having a sweet treat. Sadly there were no strawberries with my order, but I still was able to try out most of the flavors I wanted.
