This was a very poor excuse for a Banana Split. The ice cream had ice cream had ice crystals. I selected 3 toppings but there was only one and it was on everything. There was no whipped cream, cherry or nuts. Because the ice cream was crystalized, the whole thing was pathetic.

Nothing that I ordered was delivered. It was like someone else's order.
The Dasher tried to explain to the Store what was needed but it was ignored.
Really disappointed as my last order from Baskin Robbins was perfect.

Ordered double scoop, jamocha and pumpkin cheesecake. Scoops were tiny and full of ice chunks, in nearly every bite. They both also had a strange flavor like some other flavor was absorbed into it. Grossest ice cream ever.

Cups should have been in sealed packaging. I don't feel safe putting such food inside my stomach.
