• DoorDash orderToo much seasoning in mangolada and the mango was puréed. Theres supposed to be bits of mango in it.

• DoorDash orderEverytime they make Milkshake, it is soupy and not thick as a milkshake should be, majority the time it moves around like water

• DoorDash orderTime and again, I've experience awful service from this location. Whether it's them being out of a flavor or product and not willing to replace with anything else. Tonight takes the cake. I ordered a small Oreo milkshake under their BoGO and they were out of the ice cream and small cups - we ordered late and it was likely popular, thats understandable. It's the lack of service after that - I (and the Dasher) asked if we could just do a different flavor (same size) in a medium cup since they were out of stock. They said, "No, they arent allowed to do that." Now I am not a business owner, but I have worked in sales for a long time. If I want to make money, I would just make the sale or accomodate the customer, but sadly the staff at this location lack this trait. I usually frequent their Dunkin side, but will no longer use this location.
