The banana split did not have the pineapple topping and the ice cream was old tasting, the two scoop we ordered did not have the topping either and the ice cream tasted like ice more than ice cream . It was a bad experience

The ice cream was good but they messed up the order both times (with the second order having been made to correct the first one). This is not the first time I have had this problem with this particular store.

Didnt come as advertised , was partially melted. Didn't taste authentic. Tastes very processed. Big Bowl of melted syrup.
