The delivery was perfect the banana split was tasty as ever the icecream was very firm perfectly packaged in very nice sealed bag that was very nice.

I ordered the eggnog Milkshake and when I tried it, I didn't taste any eggnog at all. just milk. So I won't be buying that anymore. The cappuccino Cappuccino Blast® was delicious as always!

We did not get our waffle cones. But we were definitely charged. This is not the first time. I'm disappointed. Plus it seems we only got dbl scoop, not three which is what was ordered.

The flavors of the ice cream is not as good as I expected it to be. in the 3 scoop that I received, I had cookies and cream, love potion, and another flavor. The love potion tastes like medicine, the cookies and cream doesn't really have any flavor and the other flavor is just nasty. I have never experienced a nasty flavored ice cream. I do have my specific likes on ice cream. but a bad flavored ice cream? I would've expected better from baskin Robbins.

First and last time i order from here. There were 0 cookie dough pieces. Also the hot fudge was a frozen chocolate shell. Super disappointed.
