smoothies are awesome. just wish they would figure if someone gets a drink they are going to need a straw..

The staff was super nice, but, list items available, accurately.

Absolutely unacceptable! Every time I order from this store, my ice cream arrives more than halfway melted. Why? Because they leave it sitting on the counter instead of storing it in the freezer!
This is an ice cream shop—how do they not understand the basics of keeping ice cream frozen? It’s beyond frustrating and completely avoidable. The fact that they let orders sit at room temperature before pickup is just pure negligence.
If they cannot properly store ice cream for DoorDash drivers, then they should not be using DoorDash at all. Customers are paying for frozen ice cream, not a soupy mess. If they can’t figure out something as simple as proper storage, they shouldn’t be in the business of selling ice cream.
Do better.

I mean, ice cream is always yummy. But I do not recommend ordering it online. They totally skimp our on toppings and the amount of ice cream you get. I waisted a lot of money in my opinion
