I ordered a double a scoop of German Chocolate ice cream and received a double scoop of rocky road. Order was completely wrong. I guess it's a good thing I am not allergic to it. Ridiculous.

The GALLATIN Baskin Robins does not care about you or your order. I try to request Hendersonville because the y are the best. Gallatin will put all of your toppings including your HOT toppings on your order. My banana split was nothing but floating bananas in milk. Hot fudge Sunday was the very same. They were out of Brownies and packaged wrong ice cream. When you call, the owner has the young kids who say their managers and they argue with you about your order. $30 down the drain and no ice cream. Do NOT order from Gallatin!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!
