They didn't have the flavor I ordered for either item, so the dasher had to coordinate substitutions. The Milkshake was full of chunks of ice and was honestly disgusting.

Every single time I order there they never have the flavor I want and when I request hot fudge they get tricky and put chocolate syrup under the ice cream. Unbelievable. The last time I walked into to get a sundae they only had 5 flavors out of 31 and didn't have hot fudge then as well
