Whole order was wrong and this is not the first time they messed up my order. Sent me the wrong size, wrong flavor, and wrong toppings. Didn't even try to give me what I wanted

They didn't have any chocolate ice cream for my chocolate milkshake so the thoughtful worker called to tell me. He was very patient and told me about different flavors. He suggested something he could add mocha to so it would have a nice flavor. Good job. It was delicious!!! Thank you.
