Some staff, like yesterday, do a good scoop, some do half scoops. With the costs of these, it's a waste when employees just rush through it and not pay attention to a proper scoop.

Every time we order from this store, our order is sealed so it's not the dasher's fault - but we are missing at least one item. Today, we were missing an $11 Beach Day™ Shake , This happens ALL THE TIME.

This Fudge Roll Cake is freezer burned and the cake part is old and stale. I would never recommend it. There is just a problem with this store, unlike the store on Hamilton Mill which is great, however, I cant directly order from them unless I order from a restaurant close by.
