Lots of ice crystals in the Sundae. It also tasted like the flavor of the single scoop cup which was NOT a flavor in the Sundae.

The ice cream was somewhat melted upon delivery. The portions of the banana royale were very small. Not worth the 10 bucks. The 24oz Ice Cream was also melted somewhat upon delivery. Maybe wrap the ice cream containers with foil to help maintain the items temperature.
