This is the second time I have received their almost-$10 3 Scoop Sundae and the cup was not even half full. Its disgraceful. Either they hire people who have no idea (or care) how to make a product a customer orders, or management is making sure to make the portions as small as possible to reap more profit. Either way, I will not be ordering from them again and I have been going there for years.

They have no problem charging top dollar for their ice cream but can't seem to send the order to you. I ordered only two items and they charged me for both and sent only one. Seriously.
