I ordered 2 brownie sundaes and I got one large one. Despite it feeling like 22° outside my ice cream arrived melted and didn't include the hot fudge it was supposed to have. First time having Baskin Robin and I'm not impressed. I wanted to come here for the multiple flavors and only got to choose one that was available at the store when the dasher got there I was only given the option of praline ice cream . Very disappointing.

The OREO® Layered Sundae was fantastic, the cookies nice and crunchy, and the Brownie Sundae ice cream was great, only one problem. I have no brownie in the sundae. Otherwise it's great
