The Brownie Sundaes were awful. They were out of 2 of the primary ice cream flavors, and they only put half scoops. The cups were soupy. Something happens every time we visit this location, so we will not be returning and hope that no one else has to experience such awful service given the prices they charge.

This is the worst servings we have ever gotten. We get Baskins Robbins all the time and this is disappointing, especially for the price.

This was what I received when I ordered a Banana Royale. Besides the melting, the portion size was a measly one scoop and 3 pieces of banana. Not at all what is advertised OR served when you order in store. Will not be ordering from here again!
