• DoorDash orderThey always forget to add a cone even though it’s paid for. Although they will refund you if your item is out of stock, they do not call you to see if you’d like a replacement. When you order for two people, you want both people’s orders, not only one person’s.

• DoorDash orderTheir ice cream is always delicious, but I REALLY wish they'd give the option to have the hot fudge on the side. We are forced to eat dessert first (no, we really don't want to) or the sundae is ruined --- either the ice cream is melted by the time we're done with dinner, or if we put it in the freezer the hot fudge is frozen. PLEASE B-R, give us a choice to put the hot fudge on the side!!
