BR has really gone down in quality. Shrinkflation is a real issue. A scoop is more like half a scoop these days. And dont even bother paying for extra sauce (hot fudge, caramel, peanut butter) because even then they still don't give you a full serving. It's like you pay for hot fudge, then you pay for extra hot fudge, but they still only give you half a pump, if that, of hot fudge. VERY disappointed in Baskin Robbins.

I ordered a 2 scoop sundae but got just one scoop. Why is it necessary to short change your customers?

They always forget to add a cone even though it’s paid for. Although they will refund you if your item is out of stock, they do not call you to see if you’d like a replacement. When you order for two people, you want both people’s orders, not only one person’s.
