I ordered a pre pack of chocolate chip and one of chocolate peanut butter. The chocolate chip was fine, but the chocolate peanut butter was old and stale. Obviously they're not checking their pre-packaged products often enough.

Our milkshakes were pretty good. But our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae was very disappointing. In the picture it looks as if it comes with a syrup, but we received it with only vanila ice cream and cookie dough bites.

Baskin Robins is the ONLY place that gives you AUTHENTIC REAL MARSHMALLOWS in your Rocky Road Icecream-- I don't know how many places I've been where I've been lied to and it's some weird marshmallow paste in my rocky road.
Please don't ever change this or I'll cry myself to sleep.

Bro. This order had me so upset and frustrated. Ordered the brownie sundae cus it's midnight and hungry asl. Got delivered, and there was no brownie.. the ultimate disappointment. On top of that the ice cream they put in the bowl didn't even fill it half way bro. Contacted support and they literally told me to reorder it with the 5$ credit they gave me. That is a 12$ item ??? The support continued to lie about someone reaching out to me so I kept reconnecting. Doordash did nothing it was a horrible experience.
