Asked for gold medal ribbon and rocky road. Was sent pralines & cream and rocky road. The gold medal ribbon was already a substitute flavor because they never have any of the flavors offered when you place your order. Scoop size was about half of what it usually is too.

I ordered a hit fudge sundae w chocolate peanut butter ice cream with toasted almonds...
I got three scoops of ice cream & not even a lousy spoon!!! Do you know what I paid for this!!!!?? I could have had dinner out for two!!!! Took forever to get here!!

This was just delivered and the drink is less than halfway full. Wth??
Our last 5 orders have all been wrong and when calling they keep saying it's because they have alot of new staff. At this point it's rediculous
