Extremely disappointed with this Baskin Robbins. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae through door dash that was listed on their menu/website. What I received was no where near a sundae. I received two scoops of ice cream thrown into a iced coffee cup from the attached Dunkin’ with some fudge at the bottom. There was supposed to be layers of fudge, cookie dough, and three coops of cookie dough. Charging $8 for that is just awful. If you don’t have the ability to make an order, at least cancel next time. Waste of my money for the item, delivery, and tip for the driver. I deserve a refund.

The ice cream float was not good. It had no coca-cola, just melted vanilla ice cream and it was filled halfway. The other milkshake was just okay.

We ordered seven different flavors of ice cream and the store only had two of them. This caused the driver to have to call us to find out what we wanted as replacements, which we couldn't tell because we don't have the menu in front of us and even if we did, they didn't have most of what was on the menu. And then he had to wait for the store to fill the order, , and our ice cream arrived pretty melted. Overall a horrible experience because of the store, not because of the driver who went above and beyond.

Reese Peanut cup sundae was half the size it should've been, and looked nothing like the picture.
3 scoops Sunday in a two scoop cup and no topping :( Ice cream tasted great but portion size was No right
Worst Baskin robbins in 25 years.
