Every other time I order I do not get the cones with the kids one scoop cake cone. Super annoying. I wish they paid attention. Even when you go in they arent the friendliest group.

I keep giving this store a chance to give my kids their cones. Each time they don't receive them. Seriously if you order an ice cream with a CONE how hard is it to put the cone in the bag? So incompetent.

Missing items. I ordered 3 packs of ice cream and my received 2!
