They were out of stock of a flavor that I ordered and substituted it without communicating to the dasher for her to ask me what I wanted to do, they gave me chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge and left off my toppings, and then did not give me the silverware I ordered.

Once again (third time) Baskin Robbins was out of the ice cream we wanted and we were called to make a last minute substitution from the flavors they had available. I can understand them being out of stock occasionally, but the same flavor out of stock on 3 separate occasions is just plain poor management. Obviously, the flavor is popular so why don't they order more of it?

I didn't receive the banana split as they were out of bananas. I was disappointed. Received a large chocolate chip milkshake as a replacement when the Door Dash driver called me. The milkshakes were very good. And I love their pre-packed quarts.
