• DoorDash orderbought a scoop for everyone. one of the flavors was unavailable, instead of communicating, seeing if there was another option, it was just refunded and one of our party didn't get their item while everyone else did.

• DoorDash orderThis store is notorious for using the 2.5 ounce scoops for the double scoop on door dash orders when it is supposed to be the 4 ounce scoops. This has happened to my orders 4 times now.

• DoorDash orderOREO® Layered Sundae was more fudge than icecream. Every bite was chewy and 90% fudge. Dont know if it's meant to be that way or if they messed up the order. Either way, it was not enjoyable.
