Cavatelli alla Norcina was very tasty. The pasta was a perfect al dente. There could have been a tad more sausage, but overall I enjoyed this.

Pasta is too thick and tough. Needs to rest more and be rolled thinner. Not enough seasoning to anything we ordered- lacking flavor.
No utensils given(staying in hotel)- hard to eat pastaand beef carpaccio with your fingers...
