The food was expertly packaged for delivery. The donut balls were still hot when the food arrived and the ice cream (packed in its own container) was not melted. I thought the loukoumades serving size was very generous with 8 of them included. The chocolate cookie fudge thick shake was not very thick, but still tasted great. My only criticism would be that the shake was perhaps blended too much. We usually order this to dine in and you usually get crunchy cookie pieces while drinking it, but tonight it was like tiny crumbs. Overall a great school holiday treat and even better that there was a 50% off offer.

so far i have ordered twice from this shop, chicken penne last week, and strawberry chocolate loukumades today.
both were satisfactory for the price it offered. taste was great, the portion is good enough, and the shop do package the food very carefully to ensure theres no spilling.
definitely will order again

The syrup was nicely balanced but it was too sweet which caused an overall imbalance, the ice cream was too small for the amount of knafeh french toast , the rose petals was nice touch but the pistachios were stale

Food from Bay Vista is always delicious, well packed and generous serves. 10 out of 10 for desserts, burger, Penne Chicken , fried chicken and everything else.
