The drumsticks and salad were amazing....so crispy and delicious. Definitely ordering from bbq chicken again!

I ordered the large soy garlic and a large gang-jeong and received a small size of the soy garlic, that's a difference of $8.50. I called them and told them that I didn't receive the right size and she said, "we're really busy right now, I'll call you later. Thanks for your concern." Then hung up the phone. Terrible customer service, no option to receive my correct food or get refunded the $8.50.

The Boneless Combo is good but I think you can save and eat more if you just buy the chicken and the fries individually. And the Potato Croquettes(6pcs) doesn't taste special so I don't think it's worth it.

Last night I ordered chicken wings and a grilled chicken burger. The wings were not bad, but the pickled radish I ordered with them didn't come, and the chicken burger had a strong chicken smell the moment I took a bite. When I looked at it, the chicken patty was undercooked and still pink. I was so upset that I complained on the site, but they only gave me a $5 credit. Of course, I uploaded a picture of the undercooked patty when I complained. Unfortunately, the picture I uploaded to the app is not in my album, so I can't attach it to the review, which is a shame. I also threw the burger in the trash, so I can't take another picture, which is a shame.

Chicken so good, always fresh and they have great flavors available. My favorite is the boneless secret sauce.
