Havent had a bad rib yet from this place. Always tender and juicy with a hint of sweet. Highly recommend Smoked Spare Rib Platter

Ive ordered here two days in a row because I had a tonsillectomy and their Mac n cheese is good. But today the Full pint Brisket Mac and Cheese had more fat than brisket on top. I had to scrape most of it off. Super disappointed. Their BBQ Baked Beans have very little flavor. Tasted closer to refried beans than baked beans. When ordering here I suggest skipping the Full pint Brisket Mac and Cheese and just get their plain Mac n cheese to save a few dollars and to get a few more edible bites.

Beef Brisket Platter was okay, the best part of the meal was the Mac n cheese that came with the platter. Utensils and napkins wouldve been nice too.

Mav and cheese and baked beans were great. Brisket was under seasoned. Try adding celery salt or perhaps more SPG. Highly recommend TX Killer Hogs

the Sweet Coconut Chicken Tenders were kinda burt, which seems to be the norm, I know they're ensuring that the chicken is fully cooked, but the char really doesn't help the flavor. the mac n Mac and Cheese was super good! and the Korn Korn Fritters w/honey butter (FULL) are always a hit!!
