Hefty portion! Oxtails are tender & seasoned perfectly. Macaroni Salad & plantains could use more seasoning. But, all in all, very good dinner!

Chicken and waffles were really bad. Chicken had absolutely no seasoning at all and it was so greasy. Grease is expected because it fried but there was a literal pool of grease in the container. Pretty sure the waffles were frozen waffles...like Eggo.
