As per usual, Beans & Brews pulled through. My whipped cream on my coffee arrived in perfect condition, a feat only possible with real whipped cream, which they use. The canned stuff is too thin and deflates too easily. My only complaint is that I didn't get a straw, but I have some of my own at home, so I'm not really all that upset about it. The coffee itself was good too, still blended up and barely melted at all, something I have to think must be a result of how they make it at the store, as I had another order that was being picked up while they were preparing it, and it still held up very well. Overall, very good quality. They got my order exactly right, too, though, admittedly, I don't tend to ask for anything very complicated. 5/5

They do mark or identify which drink is what which is a huge health hazard for people with severe allergies.

the problem of not getting my order right is excessive. I no longer have confidence that my drinks will arrive correctly and I have not found a way to rectify the problem which occurs every single time I order. I love my drinks, but have to go elsewhere.

They never give me the correct items. I don't order anything complicated or make any additions to it... just order a Sparkling Cougars Blood. The drink is amazing and my favorite when I get it in person... online though, they just give me whatever they feel like I guess, it is never the correct drink. I don't get it.... Third time in a row this has happened, I'm done ordering from this place online.
