So delicious and well made. They always add the right amount of ice in the Iced B&B Chai. It's my first time ordering on DD and they do great!

My doordash order goes to the Saratoga Springs locations, I can't change it, and I order the same thing nearly everytime and somehow, my order still gets messed up! A small frozen caramel cielo, 1 shot espresso, 1 shot Irish cream and 1 shot english toffee with whip cream and a bacon egg and cheddar croissant with pesto. 6/10 times they don't put the whip cream on, which is annoying (since they have the best cream I've ever had) but tolerable since it doesn't cost extra, however... 7/10 times they forget the pesto on the sandwhich, sure the pesto makes it better, but the fact that I paid for it and it's not there is unacceptable. Doordash only gives a $2 credit (which is fine), but I'd rather go to the store and get a new sandwich, I don't keep the messed up sandwich, I just want the sandwich I ordered. Now the staff ignores my calls and told me that my discrepancies need to be handled through doordash, I don't understand why I'm being portrayed as the bad guy for the employees mistake

This will be my last time ordering from this store. I have provided this same feedback time and time again. Please look at the 1st photo of my Cane & Cold Brew Cane & Cream - vs the 2nd picture ordered from a different Beans n Brews location. You guys keep serving me Sugary Milk whenever I order now & it is insanely disappointing to spend $15 on Sugary Milk with no coffee flavor what so ever.
