So delicious and well made. They always add the right amount of ice in the Iced B&B Chai. It's my first time ordering on DD and they do great!

I always order from this B & B the same order - 24 oz Cane & Cream Cold Brew
I never have any issues when I go to the actual coffee shop - but each time I've ordered through Doordash my drink has been terrible or the wrong size. There is extra charges being added becaue this is Doordash obviously so its extra sad to spend double the money and get a bad coffee.

I order from here very often & alot of times things are great. But when I'm not able to drive in & I DoorDash, it is VERY disappointing to order my regular drink (Cold Brew Cane & Cream) pay like double the cost due to all the upcharges & fees, and receive a ColdBrew that tastes only like cream/milk. I paid $15 for a coffee that doesn't taste like Cold Brew at all becaue there is an aggregis amoumt of cream.

This will be my last time ordering from this store. I have provided this same feedback time and time again. Please look at the 1st photo of my Cane & Cold Brew Cane & Cream - vs the 2nd picture ordered from a different Beans n Brews location. You guys keep serving me Sugary Milk whenever I order now & it is insanely disappointing to spend $15 on Sugary Milk with no coffee flavor what so ever.

I don't know how many times I have to keep leaving this same feedback, but I order the Cold Brew Cane & Cream 99% of the time, this drink order is supposed to be a splash of cream & lightly sweetened with cane sugar. The last couple times I've DoorDashed I have received a coffee that doenst have any coffee flavor whatsoever, it tasted like sugary milk. When im not able to drive in I am spending $15 on a coffee that is terrible. This has happend more than just a handful of times so I am honestly considering not buying here any longer. Other Beans & Brews locations are making this drink much better with a much higher quality coffee flavor than just sugary milk.
