I ordered a Wedge Salad with salmon for lunch today. If this had been my first time ordering from here, I don't think I'd return. The salad itself was fine, but the salmon was terrible. I asked for it medium rare and it was so well done I practically needed a knife to cut it. It may have also been an incredibly cheap cut of salmon for how terrible the filet was. I've had this salad probably 10 times and never has the salmon been so awful. I'll probably give it another try some day, but please help whoever was cooking lunch today with their meat temperatures. Definitely not worth $30.
