Whoever is in charge of cooking is letting you all down. I’ve ordered from you several times since June of 2024, and you used to have the best burrito. However, the past two times I’ve ordered, the potatoes weren’t fully cooked, which has been really disappointing. Please address this issue because, aside from that, you all are awesome.
Also, please ensure that hot dog meat is not used in the sausage burritos I order—or anyone else’s burrito, for that matter. If you’re running late or missing an item to complete the meal, it would be better to inform customers upfront. Lastly, during the first few months, you consistently included salsa with my orders. Please make sure not to forget it, as details like these are crucial for keeping loyal customers.

They switched the sausage burrito meat to hot dog meat, which is disappointing. I come here often because I value consistency, and this change feels off.
