This dish was exactly what I needed: something light yet hardy. If I had to change anything, I would get half the rice and more of the veggies. I can't wait to order something else .

oh no...definitely not fresh, the kale is over cooked, flavorless, all the vegetables taste old and look old, this was not worth the price, smh...the avocado was even old, very dissatisfied
