Nappa Cabbage with Pork Dumpling (it's about 9 small dumplings) was terrific, such a refined flavor and so satisfying. The Beijing Noodles with Special Sauce , though, can't say I was a fan about that sauce.

The Salt & Pepper Shrimp looked good from the outside, but they deep fried the shrimp with the shell on. So when you bite into it, you get a mouthfull of shrimp shell. Gross.
