Or sure why the mapo Ma Po Tofu 麻婆豆腐 is so sour! Just Sichuan peppercorns and vinegar. Was it bad tofu that has gone bad or is it sipposedto be this sour? Five Vegetables With Bean Noodles Salad 五彩拉皮 was good tho.

Spicy Boiled Beef Tendon is way too oil and too much numbing spice, quality of tendon is just OK. Chinese Chives Pie is great and I love it! Singapore Style Rice Noodle is ok.
