Caramelised Sticky Glazed Pork Ribs
I have ordered this food from the menu as shown on the app but the actual food that was delivered was different (tiny slices of pork belly with shrimp and a box of BURNT & TOASTED rice. I took a picture but no facility to upload for this review. I called the store to check what happened and said I should call Doordash as they have taken out that dish from their menu & doordash has not updated their app- even if this was the case, the restaurant should not have simply replaced the order without my consent. They supplied a different dish completely.
Although the refund was processed, I got shocked by the low quality of food that I got yesterday. I have been ordering from this restaurant so I hope they will take this feedback constructively.
